It promises classy modern British cuisine but in reality the menu features food sourced from all over the globe.

Hantavirus now in 9 countries: What doctors know so far

Health authorities across several countries are racing to trace and contain an outbreak of hantavirus after the World Health Organization said that five confirmed infections had been identified among people connected to the cruise ship MV Hondius.

The virus is typically associated with rodents, but it may have passed from human to human aboard the vessel, according to WHO. Since April 11, three people from the ship have died, while a handful of others are sick.

How to Take a Wild Rose Cutting

In this week by week video I show you a simple method of taking a cutting of a wild rose (Dog rose, Rosa canina).

The cutting can be taken at the end of the year, around October/November time. Choose a branch which contains 'hips', which is a sign that the branch is new growth and will transplant well.

For this, you only need some small pots, a little potting compost and some rooting compound.

Please be careful when taking cuttings of wild roses that:
A, Don't take cuttings of someone owned plant without permission
B, You don't hurt yourself on the thorns
