Trump blasts Iran talks, hints at ‘friendly takeover’ of Cuba

Donald Trump addressed the media in Washington, taking questions on Cuba and Iran. He described Cuba as a ‘failed state’ and suggested a potential friendly takeover, while criticising the outcome of recent talks with Iran. The US administration continues to demand a halt to uranium enrichment, limitations on ballistic missiles, and curbs on regional proxies. Further diplomatic discussions are planned, including meetings with the Omani foreign minister and US Vice President JD Vance.
