About Art within the Cracks
Art within the Cracks is a multi-faceted project which developed from conversations with women of all ages about art, equality and about changes to our circumstances through 100 years of women’s suffrage in the UK. Initially sharing stories and challenges, our collection of creatives have worked together to implement collaborative ideas and workshops. Engaging fantastic partners, we’ve adapted some of these ideas to produce unique sessions for younger women and girls, giving them comfortable and inspiring contexts to explore their own ideas and experiences of the challenges to gaining equality.
