- 2 large eggs ( but you can add as little or as much eggs as you would like)
- Cornstarch Slurry (3 tbsp of cornstarch + 3 tbsp of cold water)
- The white part of the onion
- ½ - 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
– chopped green onion for garnish


- 1/4 tsp of white pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce (optional)
- 1/8 tsp of turmeric (optional)
