IRAN: Panic is spreading through the upper ranks of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards as Israeli Air Force strikes intensify and Tehran’s command capabilities are crushed. Mati reports that Israeli intelligence is identifying fear, absenteeism, and low morale inside Iran’s strategic missile units, while the regime fears that any negotiation channel with Washington could expose the bunker locations of its remaining senior officials.

STRIKES: Over the last 24 hours, the Israeli Air Force completed four more waves of strikes, attacking more than 50 ballistic missile launch and storage sites overnight. According to the report, Israel also struck Revolutionary Guards intelligence headquarters, strategic weapons depots, air defense arrays, central security headquarters in Tehran, and key sites tied to Iran’s missile and explosives production system, including in Isfahan. The report says the Israeli Air Force has now carried out more than 600 strike sorties against Iran’s ballistic missile array.

DIPLOMACY: Trump is negotiating under fire. Even as Tehran publicly mocks the American proposal, reports say a senior Iranian official has now admitted that contacts with the United States do exist. The White House is waiting for an answer from Tehran, and the possibility of a summit this week still exists. Mati explains the core of Trump’s strategy: one hand open to a deal, the other closed in a fist.

HORMUZ: A massive traffic jam of ships is building in the Strait of Hormuz as Iran reportedly charges protection money for passage. The report says Tehran is trying to turn control of Hormuz into both strategic pressure and economic leverage, while Gulf voices warn that the strait cannot become a bargaining chip in any future deal.

U.S. AND THE NORTH: The Pentagon is reinforcing the region with thousands of troops from the 82nd Airborne Division, while U.S. forces also struck pro-Iranian militias in Iraq. On Israel’s northern front, intelligence is warning that Hezbollah is searching for a creative way to kidnap IDF soldiers, as pressure rises on the terror organization and on Tehran’s wider proxy network.
