The race against an Iranian atomic bomb is back. Deep beneath the Zagros Mountains, near Natanz, Iran has been building a secret underground facility known as “Mount Pickaxe” — a site that may stand between Tehran and an atomic bomb. Now, President Trump is threatening to destroy it, while America’s nuclear “sniffer” aircraft is already heading to the region to monitor possible radioactive leaks.

The United States is preparing for a possible deep strike against the Jabal al-Fass facility, as explosions are reported in Bandar Abbas and Bushehr after another night of fire between the United States and Iran. The Revolutionary Guards claim they launched the final stages of their retaliation campaign against American targets across the Middle East, including bases in Bahrain and Jordan.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a direct warning to Iran’s leaders: do not expect the next round to look like the last one. Netanyahu said that if Iran attacks Israel, the response will not be a rerun — it will be “a different broadcast” and “far more powerful.”

In the Persian Gulf, the United States is introducing a new battlefield weapon: fast, long-range unmanned explosive vessels. These suicide boats reportedly attacked near Bandar Abbas, close to the Strait of Hormuz, where Iran threatens global trade and shipping routes. Washington is signaling that this is only a glimpse of what could come if the fighting resumes.

After the Houthis launched ballistic missiles and UAVs toward Saudi Arabia, powerful explosions were reported in Saada Province, one of the Houthis’ most fortified strongholds in northern Yemen. Mohammed bin Salman now faces a critical decision: was this a limited warning strike, or the beginning of a new confrontation that could ignite another front in the Middle East?

A decisive test is coming in Lebanon as the sixth round of negotiations between Israel and Lebanon opens in Rome. The talks are expected to focus on security teams, withdrawal areas, and transferring authority to the Lebanese Army — but the real question remains: will Beirut dare to confront and disarm the Hezbollah terrorist organization?

In the Gaza Strip, the IDF eliminated terrorists from the Hamas terrorist organization, including Mohammed Marwan Salem, the commander of the Jabalia police station, and additional Hamas police officers. Hamas still claims it may step aside for a technocratic government, but nine months after the ceasefire, it remains the dominant authority in Gaza.
