LEBANON: As talks between Israel and Lebanon are set to begin in Washington, the IDF has launched a major operation in Bint Jbeil, a symbolic Hezbollah stronghold in southern Lebanon. According to the report, Israeli ground forces entered after days of encirclement, while the Air Force struck the area with dozens of heavy munitions. The IDF says Hezbollah terrorists are trapped in the area, and that the organization operated from the government hospital compound, where weapons were found and terrorists were eliminated after opening fire on Israeli forces.
