Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney speaks after Trump meeting

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney spoke to reporters at the Embassy of Canada after meeting with President Donald Trump at the White House.

During the Oval Office meeting, Carney reiterated that Canada is not for sale. The meeting came amid high tensions between the countries, as Trump has levied tariffs and said he wants to make Canada the 51st U.S. state.

Carney called the discussions with Trump "constructive," and said the pair would meet again in person at the G7 summit in June.
