‘Historic move’: How the US could become involved in the UK ‘s Commonwealth

Writer and broadcaster Esther Krakue discusses the potential for a “historic move” by President Donald Trump to push for the US to become an associate member of the Commonwealth.

“We know Donald Trump is a huge fan of the monarchy, however the way that legislation works in the US means the president can’t just decide everything,” Ms Krakue said.

“It will be quite a historic move though.”
