How to make this super Crunchy Chicken Rolls.

Here's what you'll need:
FILLING:
1 medium onion (minced)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups chicken (300g) (cooked and shredded)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1-2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chicken powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup diced carrot
1&1/2 cup diced potato
1 cup water
1/2 cup cooked peas (optional) you can use bell peppers if you want
DOUGH:
3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 tbsp melted butter (45ml) unsalted
2 tbsp oil (30ml)
3/4 cup water or more

1. For the filling: In a pan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic. Add cooked and shredded chicken. Add seasoning and spices. Stir fry until brown. Add diced carrots and potatoes, then add water. Stir fry until water is reduced. Then add cooked peas. Stir fry until everything is fully cooked. Set aside.
2. For the dough: Mix together flour, salt, melted butter and oil. Using your clean hand, mix until it resembles wet sand. Add water and mix until incorporated. Form into a ball. Cover and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
3. Form into a log. Divide into 21 equal pieces, around 30 grams each. Smooth into a ball. Cover for 10 minutes. Roll out each dough ball and flatten it as thin as possible. Place the filling, roll tightly as shown in the video.
4. Deep fry until golden. Let it cool down a bit.
