While visiting Buffalo’s most notorious area, we noticed Muslim immigrants and Catholic churches that had been converted into mosques. We ended up exploring East Buffalo and found that immigration and Islam are transforming the neighborhood, revitalizing it but angering some Buffalo residents in the process.
