Inside Donald Trump's war on drug cartels in South America

Sky News has witnessed the frontline of Donald Trump's war on drug cartels.

The US President has vowed to crack down on narcotics entering America and is demanding that countries he deems troublesome either join him in combating the criminal networks or face punishing sanctions.

Ecuador doesn't produce drugs but is used as a transit country by cartels in the region.

Sky's chief correspondent Stuart Ramsay has this special report.
