Ingredients:
16 Wonton Wrappers
8 Slices of Bacon
8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Shredded Muenster or Cheddar Cheese
2 Jalapeños, Chopped Small
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Place a wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake until lightly golden, 7-8 minutes.
2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then chop into pieces.
3. In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Fold in 1 3/4 cups of the shredded cheese and most of the bacon and jalapeños (save about 1-2 tablespoons of the bacon and jalapeños).
4. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture into each wonton cup. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese, bacon, and jalapeños. Bake about 8 minutes or until wonton cups are golden brown and cheese is melted.
