LIVE: Pres. Trump to make 'major' announcement on Russia, White House luncheon, top storie

President Trump is expected to make a 'major' announcement Monday regarding Russia, and it will reportedly involve a new plan to arm Ukraine that includes offensive weapons.

Trump participates in meeting with the Secretary General of NATO Mark Rutte at 10:00 a.m. ET. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary Hegseth are expected to attend the meeting.

Rutte will visit Washington D.C. on Monday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 15.

Following the meeting, President Trump will participate in a White House Faith Luncheon at 12:00 p.m. ET.

The Axiom-4 Crew will depart from the International Space Station.
