A Ukrainian drone strike has damaged a major Gazprom Neft oil refinery in Moscow today. Authorities report no casualties even as the attack targeted the region’s largest fuel producer. The Gazprom Neft facility processed over eleven million tons of oil for Russia's capital region last year.

ZELENSKYY: WE OFFERED PUTIN A MEETING
Ukraine had repeatedly offered to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the war, but he wasn’t interested, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a video released on Monday.
