US & China agree to trade deal framework

U.S. and China officials have agreed to a framework on a new trade deal. According to Reuters, Secretary Bessent said a "very substantial framework" with Chinese Vice Premier He will avoid 100% U.S. tariffs on Chinese goods and achieve a deferral of China's rare earths export controls.
