The first inaugural Chamorro Day Festival (CDF) sponsored by Guma' Imahe, Tacoma Creates, Fresku Clothing, The Asia Pacific Cultural Center held in Tacoma, Hillary Lee, The family of Richard Carandang, and Saina Tony Mantanona.
